Yesterday I was reading Beth Moore’s blog and she issued an invitation to Houston to come visit her Bible study.

Over the weekend Brittany went on an overnight 5th grade retreat to learn about middle school and Caroline went to SPARK which is like a Disciple Now weekend for the youth in our church.

I mentioned on Friday that I’d be spending my fair share of time at Rummel Creek watching my kids square dance.

Today is Go Texan Day in Houston.

Savannah wore her medal to school today.

Savannah’s Spring Branch (our part of Houston) basketball team played in the 7-8 Silver division Championship Basketball game on Saturday.

It’s been a week.

For so many years now that I have lost count, my 3 college roommates and I have been going for a girls weekend to Hilltop, TX.

I made a cake.
